With the entire resort to ourselves, we will dive into this work together where the jungle meets the ocean in Costa Rica. We not only have a beautiful shala to dive deep into workshops, we also have 10 acres of private beachfront for ceremonies & sisterhood circles, as well as a private pool for sacred connection!
You will be staying in these beautiful beachside cabanas! Think: the joy of an adult slumber party mixed with the peace of waking up to the sound of the ocean! Relax after a long day of breakthroughs and get to integrate as you form deep bonds of sisterhood.

Rachel Gibler is a transformational coach, spiritual teacher, breathwork facilitator, and host of the Top 12 globally ranked podcast, It’s F*cking Spiritual. Unfiltered & uncensored, she takes a real, raw, & relatable approach on how to transform your life. Her teachings blend somatic work, subconscious reprogramming, nervous system regulation, parts work, & inner child healing to help her clients rapidly release what’s no longer serving them.
Rachel is a certified NLP Practitioner, Breathwork Facilitator, Integrative Somatic Trauma Healing Practitioner, Life & Success Coach, among numerous other trainings over her 7 years of experience. She blends her professional knowledge with her daily devotional practice of this work to share her embodied wisdom with her attendees and students. She hosts women’s transformational retreats & online group programs, and her work can be found in a variety of free resources on her site, including over 150+ episodes on her top 25 spirituality podcast. Rachel’s mission & the way she shares her learnings are constantly evolving as she is, yet her life’s work will always be centered around helping others who walk this path to feel seen, heard, and not alone. Allie Schlener
Intuitive Healer & Co-Facilitator
With her educational background in both traditional medicine and energetics, Allie offers a unique approach to holistic health, well-being, and spiritual science. The past 11 years of her life have been devoted to understanding how to heal from the inside out – studying topics such as Energy Healing & Reiki, Breathwork, Yoga, Somatic Healing, Intuitive Connection, The Chakra System, Ayurveda, Traditional Chinese Medicine, Herbalism, Astrology, Shamanism & Plant Medicine, as well as Biology and Psychology.
After moving through a variety of life-altering experiences, she felt like her life depended on developing a new understanding of her body, mind, and soul. The more she discovered, the more she was able to heal herself and support others along their own healing journeys. Allie is a forever student in all things health and spirituality. Today, Allie serves as a teacher of spirituality, energetics, and intuitive medicine; has offered energy healing to over 500 souls worldwide; and has supported a handful of spirits in their journey to the “other side.” Allie practices fostering a deeper sense of unconditional love each and every day, and she believes her purpose on this Earth is to share that with others.

WHERE IS THE VENUE LOCATED AND WHAT IS THE SCHEDULE?
The retreat will be taking place at Salvatierra hotel & retreat center, located on a private 10-acre beachfront along Playa Coyote, Costa Rica. Playa Coyote is considered one of the most pristine and secluded beaches in Costa Rica, known for excellent surfing, hiking, and waterfalls. The location in the Nicoya Peninsula places us in one of the world’s five blue zones, making it a truly special place to do this work together. We will have the entire resort to ourselves so we can go deep together in sisterhood, healing, and ceremony.
WHAT AIRPORT SHOULD I FLY INTO?
Participants will fly into Liberia, Costa Rica. Transportation will be provided from the airport to the retreat center! Please arrive at the airport between noon - 2pm on May 14th, and depart after 2:30pm on May 19th.
WILL FOOD BE PROVIDED?
All meals will be provided by an on-site private chef. We will send out a pre-retreat questionnaire where there is space for you to share any dietary needs for us to accommodate.

Refunds are not available, and tickets are non-transferable. We kindly ask that you ensure your commitment in full integrity before choosing to purchase a ticket.
