Three years ago, I was working a soul-sucking job in corporate America when I was involved in a freak accident that forced me to take a hard look at my life (scroll below to read the whole story).
I had an epiphany, decided to quit, and never looked back.
In just three years, I’ve created 3 companies that employ over 15+ women, attracted deep and fulfilling relationships, made more money than I ever thought possible… and created a life wilder than my dreams.
Now, I’ve dedicated my life to helping you get out of your own way, because I get what it’s like to be in the shit. Looking around at the boxes you’ve checked… only to wonder… this is it?

Hi, I’m Rachel.
In 2017, things were going fine for me. You know, the kind of fine where everything on the outside seems functional, but inside you’re a swirling black hole of misery.
That kind of fine.
I had a job where people liked me, I had friends around, and made a decent salary. Because nothing was terrible, I didn’t really think I should complain. And I certainly didn’t make any effort to fix the situation.
Spending 60 hours a week at a corporate job I hated, counting the minutes until the weekend so I could hide in a bottle. Numbing myself from how numb I already felt.
And then things went from “fine” to really, really not fine.
In December of 2017, I was in a freak accident that forced me to take medical leave.
Laying in bed, a cast from my hip to my ankle, I suddenly had an epiphany...
I had never dealt with the death of my father when I was a teenager.
I was hiding emotional scars from my past abusive relationship.
I was making excuses for my alcohol and drug abuse, disguising myself as the “fun friend.”
And although, on the surface, everything looked fine….
Everything needed to change.
So in a fleeting spark of faith, on the precipice of my epiphany, I picked up my computer, and I Googled…
“how to be happy”
And that one little search changed everything.
I found mindset, self development, and a passion for entrepreneurship.
I dedicated myself to learning everything I could about the mind, human behavior, and building successful businesses.
My Story
I laid in bed, studying for 3 months, while my shattered leg was healing.
Then I went back to that soul-sucking corporate job…
And I quit that shit.
Sayonara, mother fuckers.
You’re looking at a girl that’s going after her dreams.
So now that leads us to today.
In just 3 years, I’ve created three companies.
First, two brick and mortar beauty salons in Houston, TX where I live.
So far we’ve scaled to 15 employees and counting.
We’ve been voted #1 salon in Houston.
And it’s given me the most solid business foundation.
Second, I started documenting my journey through entrepreneurship.
For the sole purpose of inspiring you to go after your dreams.
Which then turned into the mindset and intuitive business coaching brand you see today.
But don’t be blinded by the intrigue of this story….
It was not as easy as it sounds written on this screen.
I was consumed with doubt.
Failure.
Judgement.
Fear.
Basically, everything you’re currently feeling.
It just didn’t stop me from going after my dreams.
So that’s why I’m here, right now, sharing this with you.
To show you that you, too, can fulfill your wildest destiny.
So let’s do this shit, babe.
My approach in business is much like my approach in life. You’ve got to say fuck it to the status quo, and shake it up your way.
I was tired of seeing business coaches teach the same copy and paste strategy, repeating the same blueprint client after client. That’s not business, baby. That’s called carbon copies.
And here, we don’t do that shit.
After successfully running two brick-and-mortar companies and deepening my understanding of co-creation through manifestation… I knew I had to bring business strategy, energy work, and individuality to the online space. We work with the Laws of the Universe (think: woo shit that actually works) coupled with business strategy that you feel good about (re: not templates that are passed around to everyone *eye roll*). So what does this mean for you?
Building a business that feels good from the beginning, attracting people you *actually* want to Zoom with, and making a lot of money in your sweatpants, if you so choose (my preferred method of business). And actually loving what you do, because what you do is an extension of YOU.
